thank you for your help finding our first home! we love it here!!

Chad went above and beyond for both the purchase and sale of our home. His dedication to serving his clients was evident in every step of the process. From frequent video updates while our home was being built, to managing maintenance when we had to move before closing our sale, we could not have asked for a better partner. In the eight years we've worked with Chad, he's become more than our real estate agent. We'll always be grateful for his expertise, advice, and support. We can't wait to work with Chad again in the future.

Chad was a professional that worked very hard to help relocate us back to Colorado. He went out to look at neighborhoods and houses with both of us and our family. I felt Chad knew what we were looking for and continued to search with us for our family home. Our view looks right at Pikes Peak and the mountains. The house is large enough for our big family to visit and entertain. I have already referred Chad to a business friend, and I know he will take good care of him and his family. I am glad to recommend Chad and the Sahhar Group.
